ORDERS
Orders can be entered directly from the site after registration, if difficulties or impediments of various kinds are encountered, it is possible to send them by e-mail to the commercial box@burdi.com
The minimum order is 5 kg of goods. The packs are 1 kg each. It is possible to order different types of products to reach the minimum limit of 5 kg.
The prices indicated on the site are VAT included.
TRANSPORTATION FEE
Transport costs for delivery in Italy are included in the price.
The goods travel at the customer’s risk and peril, even if they are carriage paid.
For orders over 50 Kg it is necessary to contact us directly at the number 080-5650046.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be processed and processed in the shortest time possible to ensure the best shopping experience, however it is good to consider a minimum of 7 working days to receive your order at home.
When the goods leave our warehouses we are not responsible for any delays due to the unreachability of some areas.
To request the tracking of your shipment, send an email indicating the order number to commerciale@burdi.com.
Any delays in processing orders are due to the momentary unavailability of the item, it will be necessary to wait for its production or packaging.
VERIFY GOODS
The goods must be checked in the presence of the courier at the time of unloading; in case of missing or damaged packages, a written reservation must be made on the delivery note. Failing this, the goods will not be replaced nor will any refund be recognized.
Any irregularities found after delivery must be reported in writing, no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as per law, also indicating the date and number of the tax document and accompanying everything with the relative photographic material.
MISSING PRODUCTS
Goods ordered and not received must be reordered. The non-delivery depends on the temporary unavailability of the article.
RETURNS
Returned goods are not accepted.
For returns of goods with defects at the origin or received damaged, it is necessary to agree on the refund or replacement procedures with the assistance office.
All imperfections due to craftsmanship cannot be contested.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Rounds and discounts are not accepted unless previously authorized.
The payment of the supply must be made by PayPal.
The goods are deemed to be owned by Burdi S.r.l. until the invoice has been paid.
